Exchanges
For exchanges, we offer either the same product (subject to availability) or a coupon of equal value to the amount paid in the original order. This coupon can be used on your next purchase.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, refunds are processed within 15 days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
