All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
Delivery Timelines
● Metro cities: 2-5 business days from dispatch
● Rest of India: 3-7 business days from dispatch
Shipping Charges
● Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499
● Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a convenience fee of ₹49, disclosed at checkout
Order Tracking
A tracking link is shared via WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched. Whatsapp may not get delivered sometimes. In this case, please take the following steps:

Split Shipments
Orders containing in-stock items may be split into multiple shipments, with in-stock items dispatched first. Thus, you may receive multiple shipments 1-2 days apart.
Delays & Serviceability
Rubans is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, or local restrictions beyond its control, but will proactively communicate any delays. If a pincode becomes unserviceable mid-transit, our team will reach out with an alternate address option or a full refund.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to refuse delivery of any visibly damaged or tampered package and report it to support within 48 hours, along with a 360° unboxing video where applicable.
Right to Revise
Rubans reserves the right to revise shipping charges, timelines, or serviceable locations at its discretion; changes apply prospectively and will be reflected on the website.
