Copy of Exchange/Returns

We offer a hassle-free 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only, regardless of the payment method used at the time of purchase.

How it works:

  1. Request a return/exchange within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back in its original condition.

  3. After inspection, store credit will be issued to your account within 15 days.

Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  3. Email us at care@rubans.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
  4. Shipping amount is non-refundable.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing your order.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.rubans.in with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at care@rubans.in with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.

Pls note: We are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.
